Knowledge is no longer the thing!

Ever thought that you will see this happen? Knowledge, always rated as the most critical of all abilities, is becoming obsolete. We have a history during which knowing stuff was regarded as critical for success. Knowledge was very expensive. Not only to buy but also to acquire. You must study, pay high fees for colleges and universities, and if you need an expert, they were very expensive.
Suddenly, knowledge has become available to anybody with an internet-enabled device. What now replaces this is the skill to do things. Physical execution is becoming increasingly critical. But there is a limit. The fact that knowledge is available to all emphasises a few important workplace realities. Employees must be able to do things and not so much to understand and know things. Employees must be able to self-train their capabilities to get things done. This will influence every aspect of our lives, especially our careers and professional lives.
Do yourself a favour, ask any of the many artificial intelligent large language systems such as ChatGPT, PopAI, Meta or Grok (or any of the many others) a clever question. For instance: please draft a contract to rent a property. The contract must state the rental conditions between the tenant and the landlord in South Africa, the USA, the UK, Australia or wherever. See what happens. Or ask Meta: please imagine a dwarf picking flowers for a girlfriend.
In the workplace, these AI systems will change the way we work.
A few things to note. Employees will use AI. Students will use it. Medical doctors and patients will use it. Pharmacists will use it. Engineers, software developers and artists, all of them will use it. The list can go on. Some jobs might even be under threat as AI systems get smarter.
What do we do?
The best strategy is to teach people to use it optimally. Take control of AI. Let it serve the business, college, school, practice, etc. Don’t resist it. Work with it.
If we resist the value of these systems, we will become redundant.

This new login flow offers several benefits:
1. It serves as a training platform for all users.
2. It helps current users unlock the full value of the system.
3. It acts as an information hub, with system navigation videos to guide users
through the platform with ease.
Accessing the current system is just one click away — users can simply click the
“Go to the System” button to continue working as usual. You’ll also have the option
to hide the information page and access it again at any time when needed.

A SHADOWMATCH STORY- JEFFREY AND VERNICE
A Shadowmatch life story: Episode 1 of 31 (follow the story over the upcoming weeks).
Jeffrey was 17 years old in 2007 (just more than a year after Shadowmatch went live). He completed the Shadowmatch worksheet, and got feedback on his results.
He didn’t pay full attention to the Shadowmatch feedback. He didn't know about the powerful role of habits in his life. Routine and Discipline were his two most passive habits. This indicates that following patterns that repeat and adhering to structure and discipline is not his thing.
Pity he didn’t listen. Habits can be cruel.

SHADOWMATCH FOR THE INDIVIDUAL
Do you want to get the most of the relationships in your life? You can, by requesting a relationship report on your personal portal.
If you have completed a Shadowmatch worksheet, you will have a personal portal where your results are housed as well as other reports and functionalities are available to you.
To log in to your portal, go to www.myshadowmatch.com, enter your email address and password. You can click on the ‘Relationships’ circle.

You can select any of the 8 relationship reports available to you and either work on the relationships yourself or get a coach to help you navigate the relationship together!
