WHO BECOMES A COACH?
The Shadowmatch Team will facilitate five virtual work sessions (starting 5 February 2025) to help individuals who are considering becoming a coach, to make a well-informed decision. Our motto for the sessions is: “Don’t resign your day job to become a coach. Become a coach to resign your day job.” These sessions will be presented at 5pm (SAST), and we invite those who want to become a life coach, sports coach, or relationship coach to join these webinars. If you know someone who wants to be a coach, please let them know to join these sessions.

INVITATION TO FREE WORK SESSION ON WORKPLACE STRESS
We are pleased to announce that on March 12th at 3:00 PM (SAST), the Shadowmatch Team will be hosting a complimentary work session focused on "Stress in the Workplace." This session is designed to provide valuable insights and practical tools to help manage and mitigate workplace stress effectively.
As part of this initiative, we will be providing each business with a set of Stressmapper Worksheets, with a minimum of 10 worksheets allocated per company. These worksheets will be distributed amongst employees who you wish to participate. We require your employees to complete their Stressmapper Worksheets prior to the session on March 12th.
We also invite your Shadowmatch custodians, account managers, and administrators to join us for this session. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn about the value of Stressmapper in business and how it can be utilized to enhance workplace wellness.

INVITATION TO FREE WORK SESSION ON SKILLS MAPPING AND DYNAMIC SKILLS REGISTER
We are excited to invite you to a complimentary work session on "Skills Mapping and a Dynamic Skills Register for Your Business," hosted by Shadowmatch on April 9th.
During this session, clients will receive a number of Skillsgrid questionnaires. We will demonstrate how our system works, providing a hands-on experience for our network of clients, consultants, and account managers. You will have the opportunity to see the Skillsgrid system in action using real data, making this a highly valuable and relevant showcase.
This session is designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge to effectively map and manage skills within your organization, enhancing productivity and strategic planning.
The Shadowmatch office will communicate the details well in advance of the workshop. Additionally, we will provide you with complimentary Skillsgrid worksheets, instructions on how to distribute them to individuals, and how to register for this webinar.
